Registration Instructions
- After receiving the payment, KKTIX will confirm your registration by email. Please keep your QR code safe and present it for check-in.
- An electronic invoice will be issued upon completion of registration and payment. Please make sure to provide the correct title and tax ID for the invoice.
- Your identification card will be provided on the day of the conference. If the registrant cannot attend, another person may be designated to attend instead. Changes to the registration are not accepted, and refunds will not be given due to operational constraints. Requests for changes must be made by email before 12:00 noon on July 28, 2023, providing relevant information about the registrant and the substitute attendee. Registration changes will only be confirmed after they are verified by the service team.
- Full Pass registration fees include conference gifts, handbooks, session files, meals, and eligibility for lucky draws.
- Workshop certificates of attendance: For students who complete registration and payment before July 28, the instructor will sign and issue the certificate after the workshop. On-site registrants will receive the certificate by mail from the organizer starting from August 31.
- The Taiwan Cyber Security Alliance will collect personal information such as your name, email, contact phone number (work), service unit, job title, and mobile phone for the purposes of managing registration data and necessary communication during the event. Your name, email, work phone, service unit, and job title will also be provided to event sponsors for the purpose of providing occasional cybersecurity-related information in the future. You have the right to request access, supplement, correction, provision of copies, cessation of collection, processing, and utilization, and deletion of personal information by contacting service@twcsa.org. Incomplete information may result in failure to complete the registration process.
